14-day, no-questions-asked refunds. If you're not happy with Agent Desk P2P sync for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Agent Desk P2P sync feature made through our payment provider, Paddle. The Agent Desk application itself is free to download and use, and this policy only relates to the paid P2P sync feature.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your purchase, for any reason. This 14-day window also satisfies the statutory "right of withdrawal" under EU and UK consumer protection law for consumers located in those regions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. Once approved, Paddle will process the refund, and the funds will typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Upon issuing the refund, your P2P sync license will be revoked and the feature will be disabled in the App. The free features of Agent Desk will continue to work normally.
Requests made after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our discretion. If you're experiencing a technical issue that prevents the product from working as described, please contact us regardless of how long it has been since your purchase — we'd rather fix the problem or refund you than leave you with something that doesn't work.
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first at hello@agentdesk.sh before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider. In almost all cases we can resolve the issue faster, and refunds cost you nothing.
